Ordering
What is your minimum order quantity?
Typical MOQ is 200–500 pcs per model depending on the product family. The MOQ for each product is listed on its product page — it is indicative for planning and will be confirmed per project when ordering opens.
Can I mix models or colours in one order?
Yes. Mixed-model and mixed-colour orders are accepted — combining models is a common way to build a complete range from one supplier.
Do you sell to individual consumers?
No. We supply wholesale and OEM orders only, so we do not publish retail prices. Send us your requirement and we will quote against your volume.
Samples
Can I get a sample?
Sampling is not running while ordering is closed. When it opens, stock and customised samples will be arranged per project — tell us which models you need and we will keep you informed.
Can my own brand go on the product?
Yes — that is the point of OEM/ODM: your logo and artwork on the product and the packaging. Send your files with an enquiry and we will confirm what is possible.
Customization
What can be customised?
Logo on product and packaging, colours, colour temperature, lumen output, battery capacity, charging type, functions such as touch or timer, and instruction languages. Structural changes or new tooling are quoted separately.
Do you help with packaging design?
We can advise on retail boxes, blister cards, kraft boxes and gift sets, and adapt your artwork to the box size. Ask with your enquiry.
Ordering & delivery
Can I place an order now?
Not yet. The catalogue is currently published for display and reference — there is no cart, checkout or payment step, and no goods are dispatched at the moment. Enquiries and OEM/ODM development discussions are welcome.
When will ordering and shipping open?
Not announced yet. This page will be updated when it does. If you would like to be informed, send an enquiry and tell us which models you are interested in.
Can I get pricing or a lead time?
Quotations, delivery terms and lead times will be confirmed per project once ordering opens. In the meantime we can provide specification sheets, photos and customization options.
Compliance & quality
Which certificates are available?
CE, RoHS, FCC, UN38.3 and MSDS depending on the product, available where applicable. Test reports can be provided on request.
What if an order does not match the sample?
Once ordering is open: contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods with photos and quantities. Verified quality issues are settled by replacement, credit or refund.
